**Objectif**
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Générer des ventes/locations d'équipements et d'accessoires conformes aux niveaux budgétaires pour le territoire de vente désigné
- Se déplacer chez les clients existants et potentiels dans un territoire de vente désigné pour promouvoir les locations et ventes d'équipements par des formations, des déjeuners d'apprentissage et des démonstrations de produits
- Effectuer les tâches administratives de vente nécessaires pour soutenir les activités de vente et documenter les profils clients en évolution
- Maintenir des registres de contacts, d'activités, de prospects, d'opportunités et de devis en utilisant des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM) pour garantir que les résultats sont enregistrés et que les informations de prévision sont précises
- Fournir à la direction des prévisions précises de ventes/locations potentielles de manière continue
- Maintenir le dialogue avec les clients existants pour fournir un soutien technique, des informations sur les produits et des tarifications à jour
- Autres tâches assignées
**Connaissances, compétences, compétences essentielles**:
- Atteindre les objectifs de croissance des affaires trimestriels et annuels pour le territoire assigné.
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et surveiller les initiatives de développement du marché local et régional.
- Créer et maintenir des plans de vente pour pénétrer de nouveaux clients et fidéliser les clients existants.
- Soutenir le développement local et régional des clients de compte national de Pine.
- Identifier de nouvelles relations clients locales et régionales pour capturer des revenus supplémentaires.
- Étendre les affaires de Pine avec les clients vers des produits et services supplémentaires de l'entreprise.
- Développer et gérer un pipeline d'opportunités de croissance des revenus mensuelles et trimestrielles.
- Établir un calendrier hebdomadaire de rencontres clients quotidiennes et documenter les progrès hebdomadaires.
- Fournir un service opportun, précis et complet aux clients dans le territoire assigné.
- Coordonner avec le Marketing pour développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes promotionnels pour le territoire.
- Participer à des conférences et des événements de foires commerciales de l'industrie locales et régionales ciblées.
- Participer et contribuer aux réunions de l'entreprise, aux conférences téléphoniques et à d'autres activités.
- Doit pouvoir parler anglais et français.
**Éducation/Expérience**:
- Un diplôme de baccalauréat et/ou une expérience de travail équivalente préférée dans les domaines du conseil en environnement, de l'ingénierie et de la construction, de la santé et de la sécurité industrielle, de la vente de produits environnementaux/distribution, ou dans des industries similaires.
**Environnement**:

**Purpose**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Generate sales/rentals of equipment and accessories consistent with budget levels for the designated sales territory
- Travel to existing and potential customers within a designated sales territory to further equipment rentals and sales through training, lunch/learns and product demonstrations
- Conduct sales administration tasks required to support sales activities and document changing customer profiles
- Maintain records of contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, and quotes using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools to ensure results are logged and forecast information is accurate
- Provide management with accurate pipeline forecasts of potential sales/rentals on an on-going basis
- Maintain dialog with existing customers to provide technical support, product information and updated pricing

**Knowledge, Skills, Core Competencies**
- Meet quarterly and annual business growth objectives for assigned territory.
- Build, implement, and monitor local and regional market development initiatives.
- Create and maintain sales plans to penetrate new and existing customers.
- Support the local and regional development of Pine’s National Account customers.
- Identify new local and regional customer relationships to capture incremental revenue.
- Expand Pine’s business with customers into additional company products and services.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities
