Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) is an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). **Responsibilities**:

- Review incoming purchase requisitions for information completeness.
- Create and manage purchase orders, change orders, and closeouts per Plains’ procurement guidelines.
- Oversee delivery, tracking, and reporting of material and service orders for the Operations Department on time and as specified.
- Assist team members with sourcing activities.
- Provide regular reports on the status of procurement activities and identify gaps in the timely supply of goods while maintaining accuracy of dates.
- Other duties as prescribed.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or supply chain
- 2 years' experience in a similar role in oil and gas or construction management
- Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure deliverables are met and expectations are managed
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to execute work accurately, completely, and on time with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with various departments, suppliers, management, team members and sales staff
- A basic understanding of mechanical components and parts considered an asset
- Ability to travel as requested
- Residency within 120 km of the Plains Fort Saskatchewan facility
- Compliance with the Company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy, including pre-employment testing
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
