**Medical Receptionist - Casual** to join our team in Calgary. This dynamic role requires availability across all centres as scheduled.

- Riverview Surgical Centre - 3125 Bowwood Drive NW, Calgary, AB T3B 2E7
- Rockyview Surgical Centre - 120, 1016 68 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB T2V 4J2

**Who You Are**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the backbone of day-to-day logistics, arranging patient appointments, managing administrative requirements, and serving as a crucial liaison between patients and medical staff. We're looking for a well-organized, efficient, and resourceful individual with impeccable time management skills that shine even in high-stress situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and resolve client concerns promptly for continuity of care
- Maintain privileged and confidential client information
- Conduct quarterly reviews of client processes and files
- Act as a custodian of client standard forms and records
- Prepare reports and documents
- Active participation in required meetings, summarizing key learnings and identifying trends
- Critical role in the Administration team, handling calls, booking appointments, and performing various administrative tasks
- Assist other staff members as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience with robust CRMs and/or electronic medical records (EMRs)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, handling multiple demands and respecting deadlines
- Ability to multitask under mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a medical facility preferred
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Proficiency in advanced MS Office software and customer service-related technology platforms
