**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting
- Ideally, one year of experience of full-cycle accounts payable; new grads are welcome
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to interface with all levels of management
- Basic understanding of the applicability of GST/HST/QST to invoices in various provinces
- Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable invoices, credit card transactions, and expense claims on a timely basis
- Process utility bills, follow up on any outstanding balance on bills and issue cheques accordingly
- Work closely with other departments and suppliers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilinguals in Mandarin and English
- Detail-oriented, consistently accurate and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
