The driver/delivery person is responsible for delivering products and/or supplies to customers and job sites, and assist with loading material into job site. Duties include operating freight handling equipment, maintenance and operation of company vehicles, verification of administrative paperwork, and working with the public at large. Polite and friendly customer interaction is essential. The delivery person must safely perform all assigned tasks with sufficient speed and accuracy to support store efficiency and a high level of customer service.

Applicants must be licensed and have a clean driving record.

Store hours:
Mon-Fri 7:00am-6:00pm

Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm

Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and mornings.

Prepare delivery vehicles by completing MTO circle checks.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and other employees in person, by telephone.

Help assist customers in handling large or heavy items.

Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.

Ability to visually verify contents of shipments and cross check paperwork to verify that the shipment was accurate.

Store material in correct locations.

Ability to safely operate loading, unloading, and transfer equipment (forklifts, pushcarts, etc.), as well as company vehicles. Must safely secure cargo.

Forklift experience would be an asset but not required.

Must maintain a good driving record and lawfully operate all company vehicles used to make deliveries.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
Must move merchandise weighing up to 90 pounds to and from company vehicles in the delivery process.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
