**Accounts Receivable Assistant Needed**

Currently we have an opportunity for an **A/R Expert** at our 279 Yorkland Blvd., North York location. Your skills that we need for our team are:
You will ensure the company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly, including securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years experience in accounting is required Accounting
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
- A mathematical background

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2J 1S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
