Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be able to work independently and proactively to improve systems, processes, and team efficiency
- Maintain the client database to make sure that the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Organize and maintain filing systems, archives, and electronic files
- Follow up with Agents regarding showing activity for our listed properties and record feedback
- Managing and updating social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram, etc.)
- Prepare, coordinate and deliver all necessary items to ensure our listings are ready for showings (Feature sheets, internal showing signs, marketing, etc.)
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent English language communications skills in written and spoken.
- Strong organization and self-management skills to effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Able to ensure technical accuracy with all work
- Work independently, follow instructions thoroughly and work well as part of a team
- Respond to quick turn around times and take initiative when needed to ensure the timely completion of tasks
- Dedicated team player and willing to put in extra time when needed to help the team achieve its goals
**Qualifications**:
- New Grads and Student are welcome.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Additional Qualifications
- A Valid Ontario Driver's License (mandatory)
- A reliable vehicle
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $34,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
