Can stay Calm & Composed under the high stress construction work environment.
Holds time in high standards, not only managing their own time but also helping all departments with their schedule ensuring they have what they need (i.e., documents) in the appropriate time frame for deadlines.
Have already obtained knowledge or willing to learn and understand construction terminology and drawings.
Daily & Weekly Duties
- Intake & distribution of documents that come to your inbox to the appropriate departments.
- Acquiring information off Builder Portals as necessary
- Organizing files
- Reviewing invoices that come in to ensure they have what is required to be processed by accounting.
- Labeling
- Restocking of office supplies
- Maintain a clean & organized work environment. (ex. keeping table and desk surfaces organized and light office cleaning such as emptying of garbage, recycling, wiping surfaces, refill dispensers, vacuuming)
- Online ordering when requested by other staff.
Full Health Benefit Plan starts after the 3-month probation period.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
