Holds time in high standards, not only managing their own time but also helping all departments with their schedule ensuring they have what they need (i.e. documents) in the appropriate time frame for deadlines.
**Daily & Weekly Duties**
- Intake & distribution of documents that come to your inbox to the appropriate departments.
- Acquiring information off Builder Portals as necessary
- Organizing files
- Labeling
This Job comes with a salary between 30,000 & 40,000
Working Hours are Monday - Friday between 9 am - 5pm with a 30 minute Lunch and 2 15 Minute Breaks
Benefits start after 3 Month Probation Period

- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
