**The opportunity**:
Our team is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to support our Experienced and Campus recruitment team in the execution of the employee onboarding activities.

What you will do:

- Work with the national IT team in order to coordinate equipment shipping to new hires
- Provide regular and effective communication to the various stakeholders and ensure issues and obstacles are escalated appropriately.
- Support the Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment Teams in administrative duties including updating and advertising job postings.
- Support the Campus team in coordination of activities during peak campus season.

What you bring to this role:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn different business processes
- Perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in managing unexpected situations
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic recruitment processes or experience is an asset
- Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and a strong aptitude and comfort with ATS and other tools/technology
- Ability to quickly develop a good knowledge of KPMG’s structure, services and processes
