- **Where You Come In**

This role is located in **Dartmouth, Nova Scotia **and is a **full-time, permanent **position.
- **What You Will Do**- Opens donor mail, deposits and enters donations into applicable customer relationship systems
- Responsible for accurate data entry and management into customer relationship management systems (Salesforce, Donor Drive, Crowd Change) as it relates to entering donations, updating payments, and updating/adding constituent records across Make-A-Wish Canada
- Provides office administrative and logístical support to regional and chapter offices
- Supports local in-person and virtual events and campaigns
- Maintains positive and collaborative relationships with internal team members to ensure donations are accurately reviewed and completed in a timely manner.
- Facilitates the issuance of tax receipts (original/replacements), acknowledgement cards, and other stewardship communications.
- Maintains integrity of CRM system by complying with data integrity standards and policies.
- Additional duties will include supporting local in person events and some logístical and administrative tasks.
- Works in compliance with the provisions of The Occupational Health & Safety Act in the applicable province of employment and its regulations, and complies with the Foundation’s Health & Safety Policy
- Other duties as assigned.
- **What You Bring**
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry environment is an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and administrative experience.
- Bilingualism French & English considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task in order to adhere to deadlines.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data entry on an ongoing basis.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- A clear Criminal Background Check required.
- **Your Work Environment**- Office environment with occasional requirements to work outside of regular office hours.
- This position requires flexible working hours to ensure we manage donor inquiries across all time zones in Canada. Donor Care hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm EST, and each member of the Donor Care team works 8 hours a day within that range.
