Greater Vancouver Community Services Society is currently looking for a Community Living Worker with the right combination of passion, skills, and dedication to support our group home residents with developmental disabilities.

**Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm, 32 hr/wk**

Location: Doman Street, Vancouver, BC (exact location will be provided to successful applicants only)

Wage: $27.11 per hour (starting wage on BCGEU wage grid) + comprehensive benefits package

Services:

- Comprehensive personal care
- Community involvement - such as going bowling, attending music therapy, and shopping
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- 24/7 monitoring to ensure client health and safety

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary certificate in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Current "Emergency Community Care" First aid and Cardio-pulmonary (CPR) certification
- Valid Class 4 BC Driver's License
- Able to understand and communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently but within a team environment, and work under pressure while still maintaining time restrictions
- Ability in conflict resolution and personnel interaction
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
