**Position**: Sales Consultant - Solar and EV Charging Solutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers, including homeowners, businesses, and organizations, to assess their energy needs and promote our solar and EV charging solutions.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, referrals, networking events, and social media.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their energy requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Present product demonstrations, highlight the benefits of our solutions, and address customer inquiries.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to enhance your selling techniques and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a university program or recently graduated (within the past two years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability, with a genuine interest in contributing to the energy transition.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets and earn unlimited commissions.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not mandatory - we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

**Compensation**:This position offers a 100% commission-based compensation plan, allowing you to determine your income based on your sales performance. The more you sell, the more you earn, with limitless potential for success.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
