**The Role**

We are currently searching for a **Manager, Centralized Routing **reporting to the **Senior** Manager, Fleet and Transportation**. This is a **Full-Time Permanent **opportunity**.** This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the logistics operations for Ontario’s largest domestic beer distributor.

**Location**: Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the implementation, ongoing support, and monitoring of all routing plans/routes; regular reports to senior leaders and making any necessary adjustments to the routes throughout the process
- Collaborating with the planners to develop tools that will build the capacity of stakeholders related to route data and data usage (ex. troubleshooting resources, best practices guides, tips and tricks, etc.)
- Examination of costing and practices of current routing practices, working to develop a plan to transition the organization to effective centralized routing and optimization
- Responsible for the maintenance of data, for all data governance, and coordinating the Centralized Routing Team responses to questions or issues from stakeholders
- Operating as part of a Centre of Excellence you will support the optimization and business improvement of the routing within both SAP and the ORTEC solution
- Accountable for establishing and monitoring business metrics, including but not limited to budgets, route efficiencies, KPI’s, data accuracy, etc.
- Leading the Centralized Routing Team to become familiar with the ORTEC Big Data Portal and ORTEC Tactical Routing Solution, leveraging these tools to maximize and improve business efficiencies
- Based on an analysis of existing and projected routing needs, will identify planning areas and related staffing needs across the organization
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (Economics, Engineering)
- Other certifications in Logistics would be an asset (example: PLog, CCLP, etc.)
- SAP experience would be an asset
- Familiar with routing software (ORTEC, Roadnet etc.)
- 8+ years warehouse transportation service experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
- Forward and strategic thinking
- On call for problem or system issues
- Ability to lead and influence team and stakeholders on a course of action
