ITR Laboratories Canada has been servicing the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries for over 30 years and has established itself as a trusted partner worldwide in Drug Safety Testing. We are actively seeking an** Administrative Support Clerk **to join our team as we continue to expand our reach and services.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Immunology, Analytical Chemistry& Genetic Toxicology departments;
- Creates purchase orders and processes order requests with appropriate vendors;
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm the price and/or obtain a price quote;
- Follow-up with the shipments and organize the shipments’ delivery to the concerned department;
- Collaborate with all teams;
- Data Entry;
- Perform all other related duties as required;

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience;
- A great communicator; Collaborative, Positive attitude, Team player;
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Ms. Office;
- Able to manage internal relationships;
- English is a must, bilingual in English and French an asset.

**This position offers**:

- Permanent full-time job, 37.5 hours / week;
- Group insurance plan and group RRSP.
- A stimulating and friendly work environment.
