Shipping/receiving Clerk

- Planifier les expéditions, organiser la paperasse en préparation des expéditions et la communication interne et externe

**Principales responsabilités et tâches**:
- Examiner quotidiennement le rapport des commandes en attente dans SAP et clôturer les expéditions achevées dans SAP.
- Point de contact pour toutes les questions liées aux expéditions en cours et planifiées.
- Coordonner la cueillette et la consolidation des produits finis avant l'expédition.
- Organiser les ramassages avec les compagnies de transport conformément à notre calendrier d'expédition et aux attentes des clients.
- Retours - noter les numéros de rôle et envoyer la liste au service client dans les 24 heures suivant la réception.
- Vérifier que les documents (connaissement, bon de livraison) sont signés par le chauffeur de transport et s'assurer que les palettes, chariots ou supports avec du tissu sont vérifiés, comptés et chargés.
- Préparer un bon de livraison pour chaque expédition. Vérifier que les informations sur le bon de livraison et le connaissement sont correctes. Numériser le connaissement signé et le bon de livraison, puis les envoyer au service client, à la finance et à la personne en charge de la facturation.
- Préparer toute la documentation FedEx et contacter FedEx pour planifier le ramassage des rouleaux de tissu, des échantillons et des échantillons de tissu.

**Main Objective**:
- Schedule shipments, organize paperwork in preparation of shipments and internal and external communication

- Administration and Safeguarding of privileged and confidential customer information (invoices, packing lists, purchase orders)
**Key responsibilities and tasks**
- Review on a daily basis the back-order report in SAP and close shipments that are completed in SAP (15%)
- Point of contact for all questions related to ongoing and planned shipments (15%)
- Coordinate the picking and consolidation of finished goods prior to shipment (20%)
- Organize pick ups with the transport companies in line with our shipping schedule and customer expectations (10%)
- Returns - take roll numbers down and send the list to CS within 24h after receiving (5%)
- Verify that paperwork (B/L, packing slip) is signed by transport driver and ensure that skids, buggies or racks with fabric are checked, counted and loaded (10%)
- Prepare packing slip for each shipment. Verify that the information on the packing slip and B/L is correct. Scan the signed B/L and packing slip and send to Customer Service, Finance and the billing clerk (15%)
- Prepare all Fed ex paperwork and contact Fed ex to schedule the pick up of fabric rolls, samples and swatches (10%)
