**Primary Responsibilities***:

- Teach all or portions of the EMR program.
- Perform student evaluations.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to the students.
- Document student progress for student records.
- Convey training concerns from students to the EMR Lead Instructor and/or Program Manager.
- Assist students with tutorials and remediation, when required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Licensed through the Emergency Medical Assistants Licensing Branch of British Columbia at the PCP level or higher.
- Two years’ experience as a field practitioner (e.g., OFA, EMR, PCP or ACP).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse training and development teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Completed the JIBC Essential Skills for Training and Facilitation (INDC-1110) course or quivalent
