Propak Systems Ltd. is an established leader in engineering, fabrication, and construction of gas compression and processing facilities for the energy industry. Propak offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. We are currently seeking a **Shipping** **Administrator**. This position is responsible for all administrative shipping documentation functions within the Shipping Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general office administrative duties including general filing and data entry
- Provide general administrative support required by management and supervisors as necessary
- Creation of Shipping documentation
- Providing electronic support for Shipping staff.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma
- Valid Alberta Driver’s license
- 2+ years’ experience working in an office/warehouse environment
- Intermediate level competency with the Microsoft Office with proficiency using Excel spreadsheets
- General knowledge of office equipment i.e., copiers, scanners
- Must possess organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Oil and gas industry warehousing experience is an asset
- Basic knowledge of materials used in the construction of oil and gas plants is an asset
