Aspen Springs Dental Centre offers a wide range of procedures in a spa-like atmosphere that include General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Periodontics, Oral surgery, Sedation Dentistry, Orthodontics and so much more

Our practice is conveniently located in our bright, modern, and beautiful building at 1 Hartwell Ave. in Bowmanville.
**Schedule: Full-time**
Two (2) days per week (10:00-7:00)
Two (2) days per week (8:00-5:00)
Saturdays (8:00-5:00) - _two (2) per month_

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
**About You**:
- Minimum 3-4 years of dental administration experience
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs AbelDent is required
