WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR (SUMMER STUDENT)

Since 1992, our mission has been to provide the highest level of expertise and service to our clients as they move their goods down the block, across the continent or around the world. We strive to understand your unique needs, allowing us to become an integral part of your business.
What is the role?
- Receiving and counting of incoming shipments to ensure correct amount of product was shipped to us.
- Stock replenishment and cycle counts as required.
- Manual entry of new product into inventory in ERP software per client.
- Picking, boxing and shipping of client’s products, referencing order sheet.
- Measuring and weighing boxes to book with couriers.
- Scheduling of courier pickups through ShipStation or courier website.
- Booking freight shipments and comparing rates.
- Loading courier and LTL shipments either by hand for boxes or pallet jack for skids.
- General housekeeping, I.E sweeping the floor, taking garbage out, breaking down cardboard for recycling.
- Organizing stock, paperwork and workstations.
What do you need?
- Complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Organized and attention to detail
- Registered in a recognized university or college.
- Must be returning to school for the Fall semester
- Project Management
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
