**Executive Assistant Job Description**:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in their daily responsibilities. This individual will play a key role in managing priorities, coordinating projects, and serving as a bridge between internal teams and external partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives, managing communications and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team initiatives.
- Research, prepare, and follow up on special projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and vendors to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Provide support on ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.

**Applicant Qualities**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in the insurance or professional services industry is an asset but not required.
- College or university degree preferred.
