Developing and maintaining a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, conducting and overseeing sales calls and telemarketing activities for current accounts and new prospects. Identifying growth opportunities for existing accounts and ensuring quality of service through consistent client follow up, surveys and problem resolution. - Creating and maintaining current contacts in the local professional and business community, increasing name awareness and promoting Adecco’s services. Developing and maintaining knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses. Maintaining records of competitors in the area including their respective market shares, locations, services and benefits offered. - Setting and monitoring pay and bill rates based on skill categories. Ensuring proper credit references are obtained and client credit limits are established according to guidelines. Monitoring all outstanding accounts receivable. - Establishing an annual budget and business plan, developing regular branch revenue and expense forecasts, and monitoring expenditures within the budget to maximize profitability. Maintaining accurate accounting records, and providing payroll, billing and other reports related to branch operation. - Monitoring the branch’s workers compensation claims to minimize exposure and resulting expenses. Ensuring that all respective health and safety regulations are followed, and that all federal, provincial and local notices and licenses are current and posted. - Performing all duties inherent to a managerial role, including the effective selection, training, and motivation of direct reports. Providing coaching and performance development as needed.**About you**- Completion of post-secondary education in related field, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. - A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years related work experience, preferably in the service industry. - A proven track record of one (1) to two (2) years direct sales experience. - One (1) to two (2) years supervisory/management experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment. - Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. - Working knowledge of Provincial Labour laws. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to develop, inspire and empower a team. - Possesses superior organizational skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Disciplined in timely follow up with prospects and clients. - Skilled in the art of networking, lead generation and prospect development. - Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills. - Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with
