As Manager of Clinical Services, you will create a work environment that exemplifies CBI Health's values by effectively coaching, mentoring and engaging staff as well as fostering business growth through relationships with employers and funders. Ensuring exemplary customer service and consistently executing efficient and effective employer services programs, you will promote the successful attainment of clinical excellence and associated business outcomes.

- Lead and inspire others, developing and retaining talent, mentoring, and leading by example
- Promote and facilitate communication, leading and developing an employer services team
- Deliver a strong clinical practice with excellent client outcomes.
- Set goals that align with the key strategic priorities
- Engage with employers, funders and other stakeholders, listening to and anticipating their needs while finding opportunities to provide solutions to their challenges
- Provide clinic input into business decisions, service delivery model and developmental opportunities for team members.
- Ensure that service delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and that all practices are conducted with integrity and in alignment to Best Practice and CBI policies, including Privacy policies
- Ensure the clinical team is engaged with the surrounding community, employers and funders
- Ensure staffing requirements meet demand for access to care and clinical service provision
- Align local objectives to organizational key strategic priorities and functional goals, identifying clinical metrics to meet and exceed the CBI vision and values
- Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions, while functioning independently as well as part of a team
- Ensure best practices are met and adherence to guidelines is established with clinical staff on a local, regional, and central level
- Coach, mentor, develop and performance manage clinical staff through consistent use of PPD process

**What you need to be successful**
- Registration with a relevant profession’s governing Ontario college
- A valid driver’s licence, reliable access to a vehicle and a willingness to travel as needed
- Clinical experience in the field of employer services
- Management experience in a clinical setting is an asset
- Commitment to fostering an environment of employee development and coaching
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to function independently and multi-task
- Enthusiasm for furthering your skills through additional training
- The ability to analyze information from information systems/databases, service providers, client reports, staff feedback and industry trends and practices to formulate recommendations and provide input to planning processes
- A strong sense of how to balance multiple priorities as circumstances and information change
- A creative and innovative approach to developing solutions
- The ability to guide decision-making in complex clinical situations
