As a Territory Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within a defined territory.

**Major Duties**:

- Developing a "practice partner" mentality with Doctors and staff by analyzing business needs, discussing benefits and features of equipment and technology solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, explaining return on investment and tax advantages, and discussing emerging trends in the dental industry.
- Being well versed on Patterson products and services, competitive intelligence and industry information.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a successful sales territory.
- Promote Patterson's products and services through regular calls on dental clinics.
- Cold calling and sales funnelling to meet your own aggressive standards.
- Communicating activity and results reports to the management team.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

**Job qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in business or any other relevant experience.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Skillful negotiating and presentation abilities.
- Closing skills.
- Customer relationships.
- Previous experience in dental sales an asset.
- **_ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English._**

En tant que représentant(e) des ventes, vous êtes responsable de la croissance rentable des ventes en développant, en tenant à jour et en faisant progresser les comptes clients par des contacts réguliers avec les cabinets dentaires au sein d'un territoire défini.

**Fonctions essentielles**:

- Développer une mentalité de « partenaire de cabinet » avec les praticiens et le personnel en analysant les besoins de la clinique dentaire, en discutant des avantages et des caractéristiques des équipements et des solutions technologiques, en coordonnant les démonstrations de produits, en expliquant le retour sur investissement et les avantages fiscaux et en présentant les nouvelles tendances de l'industrie dentaire.
- Connaître parfaitement les produits et services de Patterson, la concurrence et les tendances de l'industrie.
- Assurer le développement et le maintien d'un territoire de vente prospère.
- Promouvoir les produits et services de Patterson au moyen de contacts réguliers avec les cliniques dentaires.
- Faire de la sollicitation à froid et canaliser les ventes pour atteindre vos propres objectifs ambitieux.
- Transmettre des rapports d'activité et de résultats à l'équipe de direction.
- Exécuter d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées ou demandées.

**Formation et compétences**:

- Études postsecondaires en affaires ou toute autre expérience pertinente.
- Expérience avérée dans le domaine de la vente.
- Compétences en matière de négociation et de présentation.
- Aptitude à conclure des ventes.
- Aptitude à tisser des liens avec les clients.
- Une expérience antérieure dans la vente de produits dentaires est un atout.
- **_ Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais._
