**Role/Mission of the position**

Develop the company's external and internal sales throughout Canada

**Responsibilities of the position**

The sales agent is responsible for attracting new customers, retaining existing customers and participating in trade shows across Canada.

**Job description**

First, the representative will have to familiarize himself with the culture of the company, the sector of activity and the sales objectives to be achieved. The work is mainly done by phone from the Longueil office (or at home for out-of-province employees).

Main tasks:

- Arouse the interest of new customers within existing accounts.
- Offer and sell products and services to existing customers.
- Solve daily problems related to customers.
- Contact potential customers whose contact information has been provided by the President and CEO.
- Organize and participate in trade shows.
- Proceed to the entry of data in the company's computer system.

**Job Competencies**
- DEP in sales or 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of sales.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to turn an opportunity into sales.
- High level of autonomy.
- Good knowledge of the functioning of sales and the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Sense of priorities and excellent organization.
- Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changes.
- Be bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Suite).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
