**The Property Services Manager (PSM) will be responsible for transformation within property services by leveraging our technologies and supporting a highly engaged and talented team. With a continuous improvement mindset, collaborative approach, and effective communication skills the manager will drive change, innovation, and engagement.**

Based in either the **Halifax or Sydney, Nova Scotia** office the role of the PSM will oversee people management and operations while balancing client work. With a natural ability to collaborate through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Reporting to the Managing Director, People & Culture, the PSM will support the firm's strategic goals using effective influencing strategies to build respect and trust.

The PSM will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property services team in areas of; workforce planning, resolving and troubleshooting roadblocks, education, staying current on internal processes, policies, and procedures and fully utilizing existing firm supports. The PSM will also support their direct reports through coaching and mentoring, being active in the recruiting and onboarding processes, leading goal setting, and creating a culture that is team and client-focused.
