**We are looking for**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide customers with pricing and lead time information
- Responsible for coordinating parts orders to completion. Including, order entry, monitoring progress of made to order manufactured parts, documentation and shipping
- Coordinate authorization for return of parts, advising of restocking fees and generating credit paperwork, etc.
- Update part information in database as required
- Assist customers and internal teams with identification of parts
- Responsible to package and prepare shipping labels for all orders
- Work with Production department to monitor & maintain a parts inventory for frequently ordered items
- Monitor and track outstanding orders with the Production/Purchasing teams and follow up with customers regularly
- Organize the Packaging Station and come up with creative solutions to secure products to minimize shipping issue
- Assist with other aspects of the Customer Care and After Sales Service departments as required

**Qualifications**:

- Motivated, detail oriented and organized with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- 1-2 years of working experience in an After Sales Service or Parts department
- 1-2 years of experience packaging parts, weighing up to 75lbs each on occasion
- Experience reading and deciphering parts breakdowns, parts manuals, machined part assembly drawings and BOM’s
- 1-2 years of experience shipping with UPS, Purolator, DHL and FED EX carriers
- 1-2 years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP/CRM Experience
- Strong verbal and written communicator with superior customer service skills
- Experienced in a fast pace environment with an aptitude for time management and multi-tasking
- Possess a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
