**Job Description**:
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to assist us on our growth journey. In this role, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with Planning, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate production records and inventory management through procedural adherence and process development. This role will report directly to our Operations Manager and is a critical stakeholder to site operations and our overall success.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Ensure production confirmations are completed on time and accuracy is validated
- End-to-end ownership of all material consumption (raw materials, consumption, inventory, etc.)
- Ownership of control checks before, during, and after confirmation activities in SAP
- Collaborate with Planning Team to ensure inventories are accurate, goods are properly received and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and reporting discrepancies to ensure accurate data
- Validate production counts, finished product pallets, etc. on a daily basis
- Complete, execute and delivery local and national daily KPI reporting
- Support regional warehouses, co-manufacturers and co-packers with inventory system to system reconciliations and on-site validations
- Conduct audits as required
- Utilize knowledge and experience to support Supervisors and other stakeholders on in-place processes and development of new ones as needed.
- Support full end-to-end process across any location if required by the business
- Work travel may be necessary

- Preferred three or more years of proven exposure in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working directly in Inventory Management, Production Reporting, and Procurement are all value-added
- Experience in SAP EWM preferable, or another ERP system.
- Lead process improvements through best practices, industry standards, CI methodologies and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-manage, schedule, and perform work unsupervised in a LEAN manufacturing environment
- Strong in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must be able to demonstrate ability
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Ability to vary schedule and work overtime as needed to support counts, internal and external
- Highly detailed-oriented, and analytical minded with a process improvement mindset
- Must display a positive attitude and be open to a fast-paced changing work environment
