Job Description:

As the Marketing and Brand Manager at Indeed Labs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our beauty products, as well as overseeing our brand identity and consistency. You will play a key role in crafting digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Your experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry and branding, along with a creative mindset and a passion for beauty, will be essential to driving the success of our marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Management:  Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials, packaging, and communication channels.

- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our beauty products through traditional and digital channels.

- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising.

- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, create engaging content, and manage community interactions to enhance brand awareness.

- Project Management: Coordinate and manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, providing insights for both marketing and branding strategies.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of (X) years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer-packaged goods (CPG).

- Experience in the beauty industry is a strong asset.

- Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and personal care products.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
