In this role, you will have the chance to work under the guidance of our Vice President of Estimation and alongside a dynamic team of experts.
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural/Interior Design Drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical abilities to ensure accurate take-off and estimates for our high-profile projects.
- Attention to detail and dedication to delivering estimates that surpass client expectations.
- A positive and energetic approach to contributing to our fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in architectural millwork would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Download and organize drawings, specifications and all contractual documents.
- Review client’s scope requirements.
- Accurately and efficiently prepare takeoffs from the Architectural and Interior Design drawings.
- Contact suppliers / manufacturers to request budget pricing on specialty items.
- Prepare RFIs for architects, designers, and contractors on any unclear scope or takeoff items
- Organize and finalize bid documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of bid packages and proposals for various high-end residential and hospitality projects.
