**Aperçu du poste**
La personne recrutée doit posséder un fort désir d’apprendre, de gérer et de mettre en œuvre les services de Priority Worldwide et d’interagir de manière proactive avec le personnel et les clients de Priority Worldwide. On s'attend à ce que cette personne utilise les outils fournis et développe davantage nos systèmes pour exploiter avec succès nos opérations en croissance à Montréal. Un professionnel de Priority Worldwide qui réussit maintiendra la continuité, apportera de nouvelles idées et dirigera une opération propre, sûre et efficace.
**Tâches de base**
- Examiner, réviser et mettre en œuvre tous les processus opérationnels pour garantir l'expérience client ultime.
- Rester à jour en matière de DG, TSA, FMS, ainsi que d'autres réglementations, selon les besoins.
- Aura besoin de la capacité de gérer des expéditions individuelles (import/export/national) selon les besoins
- Implication active et directe avec le personnel et la direction pour garantir un environnement de travail cohérent.
- Assurer la motivation du personnel et assurer un coaching pour améliorer ses capacités et son niveau de compétence.
- S'assurer que les équipes assignées travaillent efficacement, que les clients reçoivent une réponse rapide et que les processus établis sont suivis.
- Gérer la charge de travail du personnel et la répartition des tâches, y compris la participation active aux tâches pour garantir une exécution précise et dans les délais.
- Capacité à aider à la finalisation des ventes/contrats et à favoriser une forte fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Fournir et assurer le respect constant de la mission de Priority Worldwide visant à garantir l'expérience client ultime.
**Exigences de base**
- Solides compétences en leadership opérationnel
- **Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience directe en importation aérienne et maritime, en vols intérieurs et en exportation**:
- Doit être bilingue en français et en anglais
- Solides compétences informatiques, expérience privilégiée avec Cargowise
- Licence de courtier en douane préférée mais non obligatoire
- Capacité à s'intégrer dans une plus grande entreprise privée avec un réseau mondial de bureaux répartis en Europe, au Moyen-Orient, en Afrique de l'Ouest et en Australie, tout en travaillant sans problème en tant que membre de l'équipe locale.
**Avantages et remuneration**
- Salaire 75 000 $ à 135 000 $ CAD, selon l'expérience

**Position Overview**
The hire must possess a strong desire to learn, manage and implement Priority Worldwide’s services and to pro-actively interact with Priority Worldwide personnel and clients. It is expected that this person will utilize the tools provided and further develop our systems to successfully operate our growing operations in Montreal. A successful Priority Worldwide professional will maintain continuity, contribute new ideas and run a clean, safe and efficient operation.
**Basic Duties**
- Review, revise and implement all operation processes to ensure the Ultimate Customer Experience
- Remain up-to-date DG, TSA, FMS, as well as other regulations as required
- Will need the ability to handle individual shipments (import/export/domestic) as needed
- Direct active involvement with staff and management to ensure a cohesive work environment
- Ensure staff motivation and provide coaching to enhance their ability and skill level
- Ensure the assigned teams are working effectively, clients are responded to quickly, and established processes are being followed.
- Manage staff workload and distribution of tasks, including active participation in tasks to ensure timely/accurate completion.
- Ability to assist in the finalization of sales/contracts and fostering strong customer retention.
