We are on the hunt for an experienced, savvy, and professional Executive Assistant to join our team This is a brand-new position that will provide support for our award winning, EY Entrepreneur of Year, CEO.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
Working directly with the CEO, you will be his “go-to resource” supporting all aspects of his day-to-day routine.

A typical day will involve:

- Proactively anticipating the CEO’s needs, providing timely updates and managing administrative support functions.
- Acting as a Personal Assistant on behalf of the CEO for professional & personal matters - always being one step ahead of the game
- Handling sensitive & confidential information with the highest level of trust, professionalism, confidence & care.
- Maintaining the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Keeping calendars up to date, adding and rescheduling appointments as required, and providing briefings and reminders.
- Acting as the “gatekeeper”, protecting the CEO’s time, while managing positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing and coordinating travel and accommodations while proactively managing all associated documentation requirements.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials, setting up virtual meeting events, and taking and distributing meeting minutes. For some meetings, taking on the role of ‘event manager,’ which includes securing a venue, technology, food and beverage, team-building activities, and support tools.
- Managing expense accounts including expense submissions. Monitoring and tracking all department invoices and expenses including contracts; process expense reports/invoices and update financial reports when required.
- Assisting with development, drafting, editing, and formatting of various documents (letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations). Preparing, editing, proofreading and finalization of correspondence, reports, statements and presentations as required.
- Managing projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Event planning and coordination for company-wide events and off-site meetings. Arranging logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Staying informed about current business initiatives, events and industry developments.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite leader(s) and/or busy senior executives.
- College diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Advanced-level experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high growth, environment.
