Hollingsgate Recruitment is representing a prestigious company in search of a Regional Business Development Manager specializing in the Defense and Aerospace sectors. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our business forward by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the Quebec market. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around fostering relationships, devising strategic sales initiatives, and catalyzing revenue growth in this critical sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint in Quebec, with a specific emphasis on the Defense and Aerospace sectors.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and procurement professionals, across targeted organizations in Utilities, Energy, Aerospace, and Defense.
- Employ innovative approaches to customer engagement, establishing direct connections with key stakeholders to streamline the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions in achieving their business objectives.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure, overseeing all aspects of the process and ensuring seamless transition to delivery teams.
- Utilize your sales expertise and business acumen to effectively position our offerings, address objections, and negotiate favorable agreements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and refine our customer engagement strategies.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Extensive network of connections at the C-level, particularly within Quebec's Defense and Aerospace sectors.
- Proficiency in crafting proactive proposals and aligning business outcomes to deliver tangible value for clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset and a dedication to surpassing targets.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

**Responsabilités clés**:
- Développer et exécuter une stratégie complète de développement des affaires visant à acquérir de nouveaux clients et à étendre notre présence au Québec, avec un accent particulier sur les secteurs de la Défense et de l'Aérospatiale.
- Cultiver et entretenir des relations avec les décideurs clés, y compris les cadres supérieurs et les professionnels de l'approvisionnement, au sein des organisations ciblées dans les secteurs des Services publics, de l'Énergie, de l'Aérospatiale et de la Défense.
- Employer des approches innovantes pour l'engagement client, établissant des connexions directes avec les parties prenantes clés pour simplifier le processus de vente.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour créer des propositions convaincantes répondant aux besoins des clients et démontrer la valeur de nos solutions pour atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux.
- Piloter l'intégralité du cycle de vente de l'initiation à la clôture, en supervisant tous les aspects du processus et en assurant une transition sans faille vers les équipes de livraison.
- Utiliser votre expertise en vente et en développement commercial pour positionner efficacement nos offres, adresser les objections et négocier des accords favorables.
- Rester à l'affût des tendances de l'industrie, des paysages concurrentiels et de la dynamique du marché pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités et affiner nos stratégies d'engagement client.
