- **Role Overview**:_
Vice President, Sales
The Vice President, Salesis an excellent communicator who proactively manages the sales team to achieve results and objectives. They are analytical, detail-oriented, and continually focused on delivering quality service throughout the customer journey. This is a full-time permanent position.
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_

**Strategy**:
- Analyzes market trends and opportunities to establish growth strategies
- Develops sales and marketing plans to support Connect’s growth strategies
- Controls and measures performance to meet targets and objectives
**Customer Success**:
- Supports key customer relationships personally and with account managers
- Leads CRM strategy internally to maximize the system’s value
- Measures and analyzes performance to drive continuous improvement within the organization
**Team Leadership**:
- Manages and supports the development of Connect’s inside and outside sales teams to achieve sales goals and deliver consistent, quality customer service
- Sets and coaches on individual professional development goals within the department
- Operates with transparency earning trust at all levels through honest communication and actions

- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience, with 3+ years in a sales management role
- Experience developing and leading sales strategy
- Experience in telecommunications is an asset
- Experience managing deadlines and multiple priorities
- Ability to manage team performance and deliver training
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Strong customer focus with first-rate communication and people skills
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
- Effective problem identification and resolution skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to change
- Demonstrated skills in CRM system
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and managing multiple projects.
- Bilingual in French would be an asset
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of schedule
Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
