Office Administrator for Housing Co-operative

Front office administrative position as a property manager in a social housing co-op setting.
Duties will include:
- prepare reports for board of directors, attend monthly board meeting
- complete rent calculations for rent geared to income tenants/members
- complete move in, internal transfer, and move out procedures
- collect rent and follow up on outstanding arrears
- prepare cheques to pay invoices and vendors
- assign and follow up on work orders
- make arrangements for repairs
- familiar with WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK
- address inquiries from the public, members and contractors
- Vehicle required and valid drivers license. Position is split between 2 locations within Greater Sudbury.
- ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
