- Two year post secondary Early Childhood graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience in program development and delivery
- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- YMCA Playing To Learn training, YMCA A Place To Connect training or play-based curriculum experience and understanding would be an asset
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check required prior to first day of work
- YMCA or equivalent First Aid/CPR Level “C” certification
- Knowledge in child development, the ELECT document and How Does Learning Happen document
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- program development and delivery: 5 years (preferred)
