**Position Summary**:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the operation and clinical leadership of Rebound’s programs and services. The Clinical Manager will work with the Executive Director and management team to develop and implement projects, programming, strategic direction, and operational planning. Key responsibilities will include data collection and translation, compliance with privacy legislation and ethical obligations. The Clinical Manager will be expected to hold a frontline counselling caseload and efficiently balance frontline and management responsibilities.

**Work Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development and delivery of programs and services through direction to staff; including coordination, monitoring and evaluation of program plans and service reports to ensure programs are meeting agency and ministry directions regarding best practices and are aligned with funding agreements.
- Provide clinical direction and oversight to programs and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, privacy legislation, and best practices for children and their families.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to the mental health team using an individual and group supervision model to ensure accountability, counselling competence and development, and agency direction.
- Provide clinical supervision to practicum students and/or supervising master’s students.
- Manage data collection, evaluation, and tracking tools to provide effective outcomes measurement and reporting.
- Provide Human Resources support through Rebound’s performance management process to the team.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Develop relationships and knowledge of agencies and partners in the Northumberland community; promoting Rebound to build awareness and professional image of Rebound.
- Participate in Rebound fundraising and awareness events.
- Take a leadership role in agency accreditation.
- Maintain a caseload of therapy clients and participate in group/program facilitation when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

**Qualifications**:
Education, Knowledge, & Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in human services related field (Master of Social Work, Counselling & Therapy, etc.).
- Registration with one of the Ontario Colleges providing regulation for the controlled act of psychotherapy (CRPO, OCSWSSW, etc.).
- Meet the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario requirements for independent practice and clinical supervisor.
- Valid Ontario G Class Drivers’ License & reliable transportation, with minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage.
- Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check/Criminal Record Check is a condition of employment.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Experience in database management, including statistical reporting and outcome measurement.
- Excellent therapeutic and clinical supervision skills.

**Abilities**:

- Handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage personably and demonstrate initiative.
- Work independently and within a dynamic team environment.

**Salary: $35.01 - $53.56**

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week
