**Operations Coordinator**

**Dragonfly Environmental Logistics Services**
- **Dragonfly Environmental Logistics has an exciting new opportunity for an **_**Operations Coordinator **_**to join our operations team at the Milton ON terminal. **_
- **This position involves working days: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm, occasional weekends based on operational needs. **_
- **Salary Range $50,000-$60,000 dependent on experience. **_

**Position Purpose**:
1. Liaise and support sales with customer service ensuring all required work orders and customer contracts are complete and entered correctly.

2. Audit, scan and verify incoming proof of delivery, scale tickets and other documents

3. Verify all entries in SoftPak and support Accounting Department processing invoices.

4. Monitor and maintain the purchase order log including issuing of PO#s to vendors and processing of inbound invoices for payment.

5. Ensure proper process of paperwork and orderly maintenance of all trackers and files

6. To ensure administrative functions are completed per procedure and within expected time frames.

7. Support Slingshot and Dragonfly operations, including dispatch, with a variety of operational tasks as assigned by management

**Knowledge**:

- SoftPak experience preferred
- Strong MS office skills specifically Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of Southwest Ontario Geography
- Knowledge of the waste management

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong computer skills including the ability to learn new computer programs and implement training for other staff members
- Excellent communication with internal/external customer, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motived who takes initiative
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changes
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Comfortable in a setting which includes office staff, associates, and drivers
- Previous experience in waste management in dispatch, administration and/or accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving

**Other Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in a coordinator role
- Waste Management industry experience an asset
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, multi-dimensional and highly demanding office environment
- Must be able to meet strict deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
