Ashfield Engage est à la recherche d’un représentant commercial en produits pharmaceutiques qui sera responsable de promouvoir les vaccins, les produits et les traitements contre les maladies infectieuses auprès des médecins de première ligne et des pharmaciens dans un territoire désigné. Cette personne sera dotée d’un esprit d’entreprise et d’une volonté constante d’atteindre ou de surpasser ses objectifs mensuels. Il s’agit d’un contrat de sept (7) mois.
- Le représentant commercial en produits pharmaceutiques relèvera du gestionnaire régional des ventes.
- Principaux objectifs:

- Atteindre et dépasser tous les objectifs de performance et les indicateurs de rendement clés (IRC).
- Développer des plans d’affaires stratégiques et une planification d’itinéraire du territoire afin de maximiser les occasions d’affaires.
- Assurer la liaison et la collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles de manière stratégique afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés pour le territoire.
- Fournir une formation médicale en personne ou virtuellement (déjeuner/dîner-conférence, événement d’éducation continue en santé, conférence) pour les PSS.
- Développer des plans de comptes clés complets et perspicaces pour construire, gérer et améliorer les relations de confiance avec les principales parties prenantes tout en maximisant les performances.
- Effectuer des entrées quotidiennes dans le système de gestion des relations avec les clients (CRM) et d’autres tâches administratives pour gérer efficacement le territoire.
- Gérer efficacement les dépenses et le budget pour stimuler l’activité.
- Participer à toutes les formations requises et les compléter avec succès.

Spécifications du titulaire du poste:

- Diplôme universitaire requis (diplôme en sciences ou en administration de préférence).
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (à l’oral et à l’écrit ; et bilingue anglais/français pour le territoire de Montréal).
- Expérience : Un (1+) an et plus de vente en commerce interentreprises (B2B) ou en vente de produits pharmaceutiques.
- Connaissances thérapeutiques en immunologie, en vaccins et en maladies infectieuses un atout.
- Expérience de la gestion de terrain ou de territoire un atout.
- Dynamique et enthousiaste, avec une attitude de fonceur.
- Solide collaborateur, esprit d’équipe et expérience du travail avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Sens aigu des affaires et esprit d’entreprise.
- Réussite avérée (performance gagnante).
- Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation : capacité à communiquer un message de manière articulée et professionnelle.
- Connaissance des technologies et maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Permis de conduire valide et en règle.

- Ashfield Engage is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who will be responsible to drive awareness of vaccines/infection disease products and treatments among the Primary Care Practitioners and Pharmacists in their assigned territory. This is an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a consistent drive to ensure their monthly objectives are met or exceeded. This is a 7-month contract.
- The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be reporting into the National Sales Manager.
- Key Objectives:

- Responsible for the assigned territory to represent client’s products in person to HCPs (mainly Primary Care Practitioners and Pharmacists), effectively communicating key selling messages about the product’s features, clinical benefits and safety information
- Meet and exceed all set performance objectives and KPIs.
- Develop strategic business plans and territory routing plans to maximize business opportunities
- Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams strategically to deliver on territory
