The Head of E-commerce oversees the Viberg online sales channels and manages functionality. Responsible for P&L management, this role oversees a healthy, full-funnel experience for the business, covering customer acquisition down to fulfillment and loyalty. The Head of E-commerce sets the goals and objectives needed to hit company targets and manages the internal team and external agencies to achieve them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and monitoring KPIs such as revenue, conversion, traffic, and expenses
- Team management and development
- Regular check-ins with team
- Regular check-ins and reporting to management
- Establishing and updating sales targets in partnership with leadership team
- Managing the departmental budget
- Setting targets for team members to contribute to department objectives
- Oversight of marketing strategy, tactics, and approval of the campaign calendar
- Oversight of content creation and brand management, ensuring copy and creative aligns with brand standards
- Oversight of inventory management and demand planning in partnership with finance and production
- Oversight of customer experience including customer care, order fulfillment, returns and loyalty
- Oversight of warehouse and 3PL partners
- Oversight of agency partners

Must-haves
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with E-commerce platforms and sales
- Experience with inventory management, logistics, and customer service
- Excellent data management and reporting ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to encourage and motivate staff to get their best possible performance
- Experience with men’s footwear or apparel preferred

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
