**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Actively support the Manager, Risk Management into deep analysis and special projects related to the risk management of the company

Develop and maintain global database and produce insightful Dashboard and KPI’s

Participate actively with management and renewal of the various insurance programs (Global and Local)
- Data collection to prepare the annual insurance submission reports
- Administrate, distribute and ensure compliance of insurance documentation (cover notes, policies, certificates, insurance summaries, invoices)
- Continuous improvement; Propose changes to our business processes to align with the insurance conditions and enhance efficiency and accuracy of the information

Assume the coordination of insurance claims, settlements, and risk assessments:

- Prepare claim files, notify insurance providers of claims and coordinate case tracking
- Update claims and incident databases and produce relevant management reports

Enhance information systems and databases to ensure accuracy of the risk management portfolio:

- Risk management dashboards
- Certificate of insurance database
- Aggregate data from multiple sources
- Create reports & presentations and process documents to display results and support management in decision making

Act as lead to coordinate site inspections with the insurers and with the relevant sectors of activity and stakeholders:

- Review inspection reports, participate in periodic reviews, update status of recommendations, and communicate updates to relevant sectors of activity

Identify and assess the risks trends arising from various locations, processes, projects, etc.

Support internal clients for various requests about risk control initiatives.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, finance, economics.

CIP or CRM professional accreditation (an asset)

A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience in a field related to risk management, insurance, or finance

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to meet with tight deadlines and cope with changing business needs

Strong sense of personal accountability, professional discretion, and adaptability

Exceptional customer service orientation (service mindset)

Result and detail oriented

Team oriented working attitude and ability to influence decision-making

Good communication and influence skills (written/oral)

Fluent in French and English
