For 20 years, Calimacil, an internationally recognized company in Sherbrooke, has been involved in the LARP community in order to offer safe and high-end foam weapons.

**Are you passionate about LARP? Do you have experience in customer service? It's you we're looking for**

From 8:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday

No weekend or night shifts
- Receive customers/visitors
- Track comments on social media
- Resolve transactional failures with the customer
- Review uncompleted, late or partial orders.

**Prerequisites**:

- Bilingualism both written and spoken
- International written/spoken communication skills
- Great learning capacity (innovative company)
- Patience, empathy, good ability to take pressure from the customer and turn it around
- Knowledge of products and the GN environment (an asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.40-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
