Social Media Marketer

**Position Overview**
As the Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and a passion for FinTech.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and conversations relevant to our brand.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Identify and engage with influencers and partners to expand our reach.
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, preferably within the FinTech or software industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
