**Minimum Starting Salary**:**$103,276; starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.

**About the Marketing and Communication department at Humber**:
Through writing, photos and videos, Humber's Marketing and Communications Office tells the unparalleled experience of being a Humber student. As an institution wide resource to both internal and external audiences, we deliver marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, social media, and web strategy services to tell the brilliant stories of Humber Polytechnic students and staff.

**About the Role**:

The Manager, Social Media is responsible for overseeing and implementing a content strategy that prioritizes authentic and shareable content and understands that SEO is critical to the new reality of social media as search engine.**About You**:

**Skills**
- Proficiency as an administrator for major social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Bluesky; and software/services such as Hootsuite, Emplifi, TINT, ZeroFox, Brandwatch, Sprout Social.
- Expertise with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- The ability to make data-driven decisions and familiarity with online media trends and technologies are assets.
