Responsabilités:

- Fournir un soutien administratif aux activités de production de projets de maintenance d'aéronefs.
- Fournir un soutien aux départements de production, de planification, de magasins et de maintenance
- Gestion du matériel, commande de pièces avant la maintenance
- Émission des pièces et compilation de toutes les pièces par bon de travail
- Création et gestion de MRA pour les retours client
- Assemblage des cartes de tâches CAMP avec les bons de travail
- Gérer les demandes de pièces et assurer le suivi
- Organisation du travail en zones
- Attribuez une zone de fonction et les ordres de travail
- Créer des rapports sur les pénuries et gérer le matériel à venir
- Soulever les problèmes une fois que le client a approuvé les observations
- Création de cartes de processus d'atelier pour les projets Mod et Major Aircraft

Qualifications:

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le département de production aéronautique
- Formation MS Office Suite niveau intermédiaire : Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook et base de données MS Access.
- Des compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles avérées sont essentielles.
- Minimum de deux ans d'expérience dans un poste de commis, entré de données ou administratif, y compris dans un environnement aéronautique.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Aircraft Maintenance Project Production activities.
- Provide support to Production, Planning, Stores and Maintenance departments
- Material management, ordering part prior to maintenance event, issuing parts and compiling all parts per work order
- Creating and managing MRA for core returns for customer
- Collating CAMP task cards with Work orders
- Manage AWR part demands and follow up
- Organizing work package into work zones, assign function zone and ATA to all JDE Work orders.
- Building shortage reports and managing in coming material
- Raise AWR’s for production once approved by ACA
- Raise observations in CAMP for all AWR’s generated to get approval from customer
- Raising JMC snags once customer approves observations in CAMP
- Creating Shop Process cards for Mod’s and Major Aircraft projects

Qualifications:

- Post Secondary education
- 3-5 years experience in aviation production department
- Intermediate level MS Office Suite training : Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Access Database.
- Proven organizational and inter-personal skills are essential.
- Minimum two years experience in a clerk/typist or administrative position, including in an aviation environment.
