A leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years' experience and a team of over 500 across Ontario, specializing in rental properties.

We are currently looking for Onboarding Specialists to join our team.

This role is ideal for a professional that enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced environment and has some experience with Renovations.

**Position will be in office**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate Skilled Trades through a testing process to ensure they are qualified
- Communicate closely with other departments
- Assist with Recruiting subcontractors for piece work skilled trades for all Regions.
- Entry and activation process of all new subcontractors into internal software.
- Manage the collection of missing items of compliance from active subcontractors.
- New skilled trade hire orientations, on-boarding Trades
- Assist in resolving Trade questions/concerns.
- Assist with Trade Invoice reconciliation
- Administrative tasks as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Exceptional sourcing and tracking skills
- Excellent Phone Mannerism
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a face pace environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities to diversify workload to meet short deadlines
- Quick learning and proficiency with new computer software
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in construction or with skilled trades considered an asset
