Our company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant that is familiar with the operation of an agricultural setting. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, (1 hour unpaid lunch).

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare paperwork (B.O.L.) for shipping produce to Canada and the United States.
- Complete Brokerage/Customs paperwork.
- Growers Pay: calculate and report. Accounts Payable: issue Growers Pay cheque.
- Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety: maintain records, prepare for audits.
- Property Mgmt: collect/deposit rent, eviction notices, keep track of required inspections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Agriculture: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
