_Melo LLP is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our office located in the Kingsville, ON area. If you possess a minimum of three years of administrative experience and are eager to advance your career, this opportunity may be ideal for you._

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and scheduling support to management.

Maintain client files, both in physical and electronic formats.

Collating of tax returns, and documents.

Collaborate effectively within a team environment to assist colleagues when necessary.

Perform general office functions such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Ensure the maintenance and organization of filing systems.

Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service.

Handle receptionist duties with excellent phone etiquette.

Procure supplies and manage office equipment as needed.

Undertake special projects and activities as assigned.

Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Completion of post-secondary education in Office Administration or a minimum of three years of administrative experience.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.

Professional demeanor with strong tact and diplomacy skills.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong aptitude for independent work as well as collaboration within a dynamic team setting.

Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Proficiency in office procedures and manual/electronic filing systems.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Additional Information:
Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
