- **PROJECT OVERVIEW**

AGLC’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Transformation Project is about reimagining the way we facilitate our core finance, supply chain, and human resources functions - providing increased opportunity to streamline, automate and align processes with leading practices through the use of modernized enterprise-class ERP technologies. AGLC has partnered with Accenture to deliver Accenture Enterprise Services for Governments based on the SAP Platform.

**ADDITIONAL DETAILS**

We seek an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) with complex large-scale ERP project experience to supplement our ERP team for successful project delivery.

Summary: Organizational Change Manager expertise will result in successful projects delivered on-time, on-budget and with deliverables that meet the expectations of the business and/or end users. The Organizational Change Manager will utilize AGLC OCM standards to ensure that adopted practices and processes are applied throughout the project life-cycle. The Organizational Change Manager will share their expertise with the Project Lead, Project Managers and project team members. The primary work location is remote/online with a requirement to work from the office if required.

**DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES**

The Change Management Specialist works with internal groups and creates strategies and content to effectively manage change deliverables that will enable impacted stakeholders to successfully transition from their current state to the future state. Reporting to the Associate Director - Communications, OCM, and Training, this position is responsible for documenting, communicating, coordinating, and executing change requests.

The Change Management Specialist understands all aspects of the project delivery and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Collaborate with project sponsors, operational teams, vendors, cross-functional teams, and change management community to ensure all project activities are completed.
- Collaborate with Program Manager in the development of project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource requirements, develop and monitor work plans for completion of project tasks.
- Assist with risk management and issues management
- Build and deliver presentations relating to change management for various levels of the organization (Executive, Branch, etc.).
- Plan and facilitate meetings with management and other stakeholders as required.
- Assess and manage key stakeholders.
- Conduct change impact analysis.
- Develop and implement effective change plans.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans.
- Develop communication materials.
- Develop and implement effective training plans.
- Develop training materials.
- Develop and implement resistance management plans.
- Ensure information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the project/program.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Identify risks and issues relating to change management functions.
- Conduct readiness assessments.
- Writing compelling copy to create engaging communications.
- Understand the role of communication in change management - working to reposition organizational change and end user needs and expectations.

**MANDATORY SKILLS**
- Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci)
- Experience implementing Accenture AESG SAP solutions in a public sector environment of similar size and complexity to AGLC (2+ years)
