**Key Responsibilities**: - Study plans and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed estimates for labour, materials, equipment, permits, etc.
- Develop schedules for labour, materials, and equipment.
- Advise field staff on construction procedures and methods.
- Manage project costing and tracking.
- Complete accounting documentation and maintain cost codes.
- Support subcontract management and process invoices and progress claims.
- Track and manage change orders.
- Expedite materials and equipment deliveries.
- Assist Site Supervisor with manpower requirements.
- Handle progress claims.
- Establish and maintain an effective quality control program.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to design processes and policies.
- Work with the HR Health & Safety Team to implement health and safety programs.

**Qualifications/Requirements**: - 3-5 years of experience with heavy construction projects.
- University degree in Engineering or diploma in Civil Technology.
- Knowledge of cost control, estimating, and planning techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

**Skills/Abilities/Attributes**: - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
